THE EVENT

Provided seamless cross-platform queueing solutions for Nintendo & its 3rd-party experience booths in a 2-day HK edition event - part of Nintendo's worldwide initiative






Attendees were issued a personal card at the event, with allocated time slot of 2 hours per person in a staggered arrangement.
They can obtain a game they wish to play at respective kiosks stationed at the game booths and scan their personal cards to view their current game status, and also the quota of other games available within their time slots via mobile web app - which The Gulu has developed for this event.
Being the only designer, i came up with all designs & user flows, working closely with inhouse sales and tech team, together with Nintendo side, on effective solutions and strategies.
